Unlike some life coaches and clinicians, I have a significant affinity for research, educating others, and co-creating realistic, attainable, and observable outcomes. As such, you can feel confident that what I share and how I work with you represent the most up-to-date ideas in the wellness field. Specifically, I have advanced knowledge/experience in the recognition of spirituality within the psychotherapy process and life coaching through mindfulness (and other mind/body techniques) to help people alleviate suffering and promote health.
My Fun
My wife, sons, and I live in Denton County. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with them/family/friends, exercising, listening to music, and cooking/eating food. I am the second of five siblings, with an older and three younger sisters, and am originally from the Sherman, Texas area.
